I founded Peak Direction to help my clients build operations and culture in a way that provides the best client experience, grows the practice, and allows them to spend time doing what they love. My clients create foundational success that compounds for future growth. My areas of expertise range from starting your private practice, stepping out of an ENT partnership and into cosmetics, building a sustainable MedSpa, and bringing on additional providers.
